Is a problem solver who is an independent deal-closer

Sarah Kuebler joined Meridian Capital Group in 2011, and during her tenure, she’s closed an impressive 400 loans, valued at above $6.8 billion. As Senior Vice President with the company, she demonstrates a genuine interest in helping others reach their full potential, while constantly expressing a desire to learn and take on more responsibility. She enjoys solving problems and finding solutions and likes closing deals as independently as possible.

Kuebler’s strength rests in an ability to grow and adapt to constantly changing environments and new challenges. She’s also very hands-on; she keeps her finger on the pulse of the market by researching, and through constant communication with lenders and clients. She also has a strong responsibility when it comes to her job duties; she’s proactive, ensuring a smooth process for her clients.

The progression of the deal, from origination to closing, requires a great deal of organization, planning and follow-up. Sarah is up to the task of managing the processes and organization that lead to successful transactions. Furthermore, Kuebler values her clients and lenders, and understands the importance of being of service to them and maintaining relationships with them.

These are just a few reasons we chose Kuebler as one of California’s 2022 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s sixth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
