Shneur Rivkin

Shneur joined Meridian in 2026 and works out of the firm’s Manhattan office, where he originates and structures debt financing on multifamily, self-storage, hospitality, retail, and industrial properties nationwide, spanning construction, bridge, and long-term financing. His background on the ownership and property management side gives him a grounded understanding of how a deal looks from the borrower’s perspective, which he applies directly to how he structures financing for clients. 

Before joining Meridian, Mr. Rivkin spent several years at TDI Properties Inc. in Los Angeles, where he served as Regional Property Manager and Director of Acquisitions, managing a multifamily portfolio and leading the firm’s acquisitions.
