Shmuel Brudny

Mr. Brudny joined Meridian in 2006 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the company’s Iselin, NJ office. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the administration and operations for the New Jersey, Florida, and Ohio offices. Mr. Brudny also oversees various duties for these offices, including event planning and coordination, human resources, and expense management, acting as a marketing liaison. He also negotiates lease and space buildouts for the company.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Brudny was a Junior Property Manager at Jersey Central Management Co., where he managed a large multifamily community in Northern New Jersey.
