Shamir Seidman

Mr. Seidman joined Meridian in 2004 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail, with a focus on construction nationwide. Shamir has also closed acquisition, renovation, bridge, lease hold, mezzanine, and permanent financing transactions.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Seidman has negotiated more than 600 loans and over $2.5 billion in financing covering multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and other property types across the United States.

Mr. Seidman holds a marketing degree from Yeshiva University.
