Paulina Jung

Ms. Jung is a Director at Meridian Capital Group LLC, focusing on all asset classes of real estate transactions, including commercial mortgage loans, investment sales and note sales. Ms. Jung worked as an originator at Investment Banks in the US and Asia. This unique background of experiences allows Ms. Jung to view transactions from the perspective of the global community and her clients.

Ms. Jung closed numerous senior/mezzanine debt and equity transaction in the US, Hong Kong, and Europe throughout her career, including Miami Soho House, Atlanta Braves Stadium, Cityplaza 3 & 4 in Hong Kong, Hannover Amazon Sortation Center in Germany, and Rhine-Ruhr Amazon Fulfillment Center in Germany.

Prior to joining Meridian Capital, Ms. Jung was a Director of Real Estate Investment Banking Group at KB Securities America. During her tenure at KB Securities, she originated and structured balance sheet lending activity for Asian institutional investors. Prior to KB Securities, Ms. Jung worked in the Capital Markets Group at Deutsche Bank and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

Ms. Jung received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University of Goizueta Business School, where she graduated “with Distinction.”
