Noam Aziz
Managing Director
Noam Aziz is one of New York City’s highest-volume retail leasing professionals. Since joining Meridian Capital Group in 2023, he has built and now leads a team of 15+ professionals — Meridian’s most active leasing team, with more than 1,000,000 square feet transacted across Manhattan and the outer boroughs.
At just 20 years old, Noam was recognized by the Commercial Observer as one of New York City’s 30 Under 30 leasing professionals (2024), a distinction reflecting his transaction volume and market influence at an age when most brokers are still finding their footing. He has since been named Rising Star of the Year by the Real Estate Development Awards (2026) and selected as a Ones to Watch: Industry Leader by NYREJ (2026).
Specializing in landlord representation across food & beverage, fitness, experiential, and service retail, Noam advises institutional owners, private families, and developers on leasing strategy, tenant curation, merchandising, repositioning, and confidential underwriting — functioning as an ongoing advisory resource rather than a transaction-by-transaction broker.
