Mr. Noam Aziz joined Meridian in 2023 and currently serves as a Director in the company’s Midtown office. Noam specializes in both landlord and tenant representation, primarily focusing on food & beverage and service-oriented retail spaces. His deep understanding of the market and strong client relationships have quickly made him a go-to broker in the New York City real estate scene.
Adapting quickly in his first year, Noam was recognized by Commercial Observer as, one of NYC’s “Top Young Professionals,” and featured on their prestigious “30 Under 30” list for leasing. These accolades speak to his exceptional talent, drive, and promise in commercial real estate.
Noam’s rapid rise is further demonstrated by his outstanding performance during his first full year at Meridian, where he closed 62 deals and leased over 150,000 square feet of retail space throughout the New York City metropolitan area. He has continued that momentum into 2025, closing 30 deals in the first quarter.
Currently, Noam manages over 500,000 square feet of commercial space for lease across Manhattan and the boroughs, consistently delivering best-in-class results for his clients and helping shape the city’s retail landscape.
