Mr. Diamant joined Meridian in 1998 and currently serves as a Senior Managing Director in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, Industrial, and construction loans in locations all over the United States.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Diamant has negotiated more than $21 billion in financing and over 5,000 transactions covering multifamily, office, retail, and industrial assets.
