Morgan Ben-Moshe is a Vice President at Meridian Capital Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He joined Meridian in 2022 as an Analyst and has since risen through the ranks to become the firm’s youngest Vice President. Over his time at Meridian, he has negotiated and closed over $1 billion in transaction volume, and is responsible for the origination, negotiation, and placement of commercial mortgages across a wide range of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and construction. His primary markets include Los Angeles, Miami, and New York City, and his transaction experience has been featured in Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, and Traded LA | NY | Miami.
Prior to Meridian, Mr. Ben-Moshe worked at Property Markets Group (PMG) in the capital markets division, where he was involved in high-profile developments such as The Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, E11EVEN Residences Beyond Miami, 111 West 57th Street, and the expansion of Society Living. He also held key roles at Sunset Built Development and The Agency Beverly Hills. At Sunset Built, he played an integral role in the firm’s growth within the luxury single-family development space, overseeing acquisitions, capital markets, planning and design, and sales for projects totaling over $100 million. At The Agency Beverly Hills, at just 22 years old, he ranked in the top 1.5% of sales agents nationwide and was nominated for Tom Ferry’s 2022 America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list.
Mr. Ben-Moshe holds a Bachelor of Science in Policy, Planning, and Development from the USC Price School of Public Policy, one of the top public policy institutions globally.
