Mordy Geffner joined Meridian in 2019 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s Iselin, NJ office. He is responsible for origination, underwriting and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily and industrial with an expertise on agency financing and a focus on the on Southeast and Midwest cities in the United States.
Since joining Meridian, Mordy has originated and closed over 100 transactions. Notable transactions include 51 Million in Houston, TX, 30 million in Louisville, KY and 36 million in Cincinnati, OH.
