Kevin Bisconti

Mr. Bisconti joined Meridian in 2018 and currently serves as a Director in the company’s Midtown office. He specializes in both landlord representation and tenant representation in New York City.

Mr. Bisconti has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Bisconti was an Associate Director at Eastern Consolidated where he worked in the Retail Leasing Department. Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, Mr. Bisconti worked at REIS as a research analyst.

Over the course of His career, Mr. Bisconti has negotiated more than 40,000 square feet in leases covering all different neighborhoods of the city.

Mr. Bisconti holds a Business Degree from Loyola University Maryland where he graduated from in 2015.
