Mr. Langer joined Meridian in 2023 and currently serves as an associate in the company’s New York office. He specializes in landlord representation and tenant representation in New York City. Mr. Langer has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Langer was a broker at SPiRALNY where he represented buyers, sellers, and renters in a wide range of real estate-related services in New York. Prior to joining Meridian Retail Leasing, Mr. Langer spent 2 years at SPiRALNY, surpassing $1,000,000 in residential sales. Mr. Langer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School.
