Jason Labriola
Managing Director
Mr. Labriola joined Meridian in 2022 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s NYC office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail & hotels, in locations including NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Florida, Texas & California, specializing in Acquisition, Construction, Renovation, and Permanent Financing.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Labriola was a Senior Relationship Manager at TD Bank for 8 years, where he managed a $700MM loan portfolio, as well as originate new business production of $150MM – $200MM a year. Prior to joining TD Bank, Mr. Labriola spent several years at other money center and regional banks in NYC and Long Island.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Labriola has negotiated more than $1 billion in financing covering Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality, etc. and other property types across the United States.
Mr. Labriola holds a BS in Finance from S.U.N.Y. Old Westbury, and graduated in 2005.
