Jason Berisha
Associate
Jason Berisha joined Meridian in 2026 and currently serves as an Associate in the firm’s 950 Third Avenue office, specializing in tenant representation and retail leasing throughout New York City.
Berisha has developed extensive experience in the retail leasing sector, with a particular focus on representing food and beverage, fitness, medical, service-oriented, and specialty retail tenants. He works closely with clients to identify strategic locations, negotiate favorable lease terms, and guide transactions from initial site selection through lease execution.
Prior to joining Meridian, Jason served as Commercial Director at DiGiulio Group, where he managed a team of nine agents and helped establish and grow the firm’s retail leasing division.
