Mr. Gilman joined Meridian in 2019 and currently serves as the lead analyst on Meridian’s Team Hess in the Investment Sales Middle Market Division. Mr. Gilman’s duties include the valuation and underwriting of all asset types with a primary focused on multi-family and mixed-use buildings in Brooklyn, New York. Throughout his career, he has valued and assisted in the sale of over $500 million worth of real estate. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Gilman graduated from Lehigh University with a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
