Isaac Hayon

Mr. Hayon joined Meridian in 2016 and currently serves as an Vice President in the company’s Boca Raton, FL office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, industrial, and retail in locations across the country.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Hayon was a Director of Finance at Transamerican Development Corporation, where he managed financing for the company.

On the capital markets front, Mr. Hayon has had notable success financing complex transaction in different markets across the United States, including the Midwest and Eastern seaboard, with a specific focus on South Florida.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Hayon has negotiated well over $1 billion in financing covering multifamily, retail, industrial, hospitality, and other property types across the United States.
