Henry Barnathan

Mr. Barnathan joined Meridian in 2023 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s New York office. He is a specialist in the sale of value-add multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development properties throughout New York. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Barnathan was an analyst at J. Safra Real Estate where he managed NY Office, multifamily and ground-up development in Miami. Over the course of his career, Mr. Barnathan has collected more than $2 billion in commercial real estate, including notable trophy assets in NY, Miami, and Europe.

Mr. Barnathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Baruch College and a Development Certification from MIT. Mr. Barnathan is a member of Sephardic Bikur Holim, Camp Gesher, and various other institutions within his community and Israel.
