Dovid Kaufman

Mr. Kaufman joined Meridian in 2018 and currently serves as a Vice President of Sales and Co-Director of Lender Relationships in the company’s New York office. He is responsible for managing and deepening Meridian’s lender relationships in addition to cultivating new relationships. He also works with brokers to assist in structuring and placing deals.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Kaufman was a property and asset manager at Benedict Realty Group where he managed a portfolio of multifamily properties across New York City.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Kaufman has structured and closed loans on many asset types including, multifamily, industrial, office, retail, land and construction.
