Don Aynesazan

Mr. Aynesazan joined Meridian in 2022 and currently serves an Associate in the company’s Los Angeles office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail in various locations across the United States. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Aynesazan was an Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap where his team was responsible for more than $100 million between 2020 and 2021.

Mr. Aynesazan holds a Real Estate and Public Policy Degree from the University of Southern California.
