David Oheb
Managing Director
David Oheb is a Managing Director at Meridian Capital Group. Mr. Oheb joined Meridian’s New York office in 2013 and transferred to the West Coast team in 2020 to grow Meridian’s coverage in Los Angeles. Mr. Oheb is responsible for the origination, negotiation, and placement of commercial mortgages across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and construction with focuses in Los Angeles and New York City. Over the course of his career, Mr. Oheb has personally negotiated and closed more than $1 billion in financing spanning more than 100 transactions.
Mr. Oheb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a triple-concentration in real estate, finance, and business law.
