David Cahn

Mr. Cahn joined Meridian in 2023 and currently serves as an Associate Broker in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is a specialist in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development properties throughout New York City.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Cahn was a Capital Markets Associate at Soho Properties where he managed investor relations for the firms existing as well as new development projects. Prior to joining Soho Properties, Mr. Cahn spent one year at L2 Capital Advisors, where he focused on ground leasing development sites throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

Mr. Cahn played baseball for a year at The University of Richmond and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Eller College of Management at The University of Arizona. He is also a member of The Jewish Endowment Foundation and was recognized by the Southern Jewish Life Magazine for his family’s multi-generational involvement in philanthropy in 2013.
