Daniel Zacaim joined Meridian’s Leasing division in 2025 and has since closed over 40 deals, representing over 250,000 square feet of commercial space across more than 70 exclusive listings throughout Manhattan and the outer boroughs.
Daniel represents both landlords and tenants across a wide range of asset types, including flagship and quick-service restaurants, medical and wellness, fitness, office, retail, and government facilities.
A Brooklyn-born native, Daniel is hands-on in every stage of leasing, guiding clients from analysis and deal structuring to negotiation and closing, while building strong relationships and educating them along the way. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Queens College.
