Cory Rywalt joined Meridian Capital Group in 2025 and currently serves as an Associate Investment Sales Broker in the company’s Downtown office. He specializes in the sale and owner representation of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and value-add investment properties throughout New York City.
Mr. Rywalt works closely with property owners, private investors, and developers, advising clients on asset positioning, marketing strategy, and acquisition opportunities across the New York City market.
Mr. Rywalt holds a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Florida Gulf Coast University
