Cole Kleppinger

Mr. Kleppinger joined Meridian in 2024 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s Midtown office. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation in New York City. Cole has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Kleppinger was in Procurement as a Packaging Buyer at DuPont, where he managed a global spend portfolio of $20M and achieved over $1M in savings through strategic sourcing and negotiation.
Cole holds a Supply Chain Management Degree from Penn State University.
