Mr. Grussgott joined Meridian in 1999 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s New York City headquarters. Over the course of his more than 20 year career, Mr. Grussgott has negotiated more than $1 billion in financing, covering multifamily, office, retail, construction, and hard money financing across the United States. Additionally, Mr. Grussgott focuses on all deal sizes, including transactions ranging from $500,000 to $100,000,000.
