Chaim Tessler
Senior Vice President
Mr. Tessler joined Meridian in 2003 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for loan underwriting, placement and transaction management for the firm’s longest-standing clients, including many of Meridian’s family-oriented, owner-manager client relationships.
Mr. Tessler is a multifamily lending specialist with 18 years experience and transacts in the Northeast markets, having closed more than 5,000 loans totaling over $29 billion in financing since joining Meridian. He also manages a team of four underwriting, loan processing, and placement professionals.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Tessler was a Financial Analyst at a 300+ bed full-service teaching hospital.
