Asher Schwartz

Mr. Schwartz joined Meridian in 2024 and currently serves as an associate in the company’s Midtown office. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation in New York City. Asher has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces.
Prior to joining Meridian, Asher was one of the Heads of Residential Leasing at Compass, where he managed different landlords’ apartments. Prior to joining Compass, Asher spent two and a half years working at LG Fairmont doing residential leasing.
Over the course of his career, Asher has negotiated more than 100,000 square feet in leases covering the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Midtown East, Midtown West, Harlem, and Washington Heights. Notable leases negotiated by Asher include 102 West 29th Street.
Asher holds a degree in Marketing and Business from Touro College.
