Alex Fotopoulos is a practicing real estate attorney. Alex has expertise in rent regulation and has performed due diligence on hundreds of buildings in New York City for both sellers and buyers. In addition, Alex has defended rent overcharge and regulation cases before DHCR and the NYS Supreme Court. Alex obtained a BA from New York University and received his JD from Fordham Law School.
