Peter Martz

Senior Vice President

Mr. Martz joined Meridian in 2015 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the company’s Boca Raton, FL office. He is responsible for managing a team of brokers, with a focus on construction and transitional financing in the Southeastern United States.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Martz was a Senior Loan Originator at ING Group and Capital One, where he managed loan negotiations and closings.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Martz has negotiated more than $2.5 billion in financing.
