Maddy Malnik

Ms. Malnik joined Meridian in 2018 and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources in the company’s New York headquarters.

Ms. Malnik and her team provide crucial support to a nationwide firm of more than 400 employees. She is responsible for various HR-related functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding and terminations, among others.

Ms. Malnik received a Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University.
