David Liechtung

Mr. Liechtung joined Meridian in 2015 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He has assisted in the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Liechtung was an associate at Comjem Associates.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Liechtung has assisted in the negotiation of $3.5 billion in financing covering multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties across the United States.

Mr. Liechtung holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Touro College.
