Joseph Rahmani

Joseph Rahmani joined Meridian in 2026 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s NYC office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotels, and development projects across the U.S.A.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Rahmani was a Summer Rotational Analyst at DRA Advisors where he supported the firm’s capital markets, acquisitions, and asset management efforts across their $13B+ portfolio. Prior to joining DRA Advisors, Mr. Rahmani spent the summer at SomeraRoad, where he supported the acquisitions, development, and asset management teams in executing recapitalizations, underwriting investment opportunities, and capital-raising initiatives.

Mr. Rahmani holds a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in real estate and finance from Boston University
