Neil Gamss

Mr. Gamss joined Meridian in 2022 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of healthcare loans across the United States. Mr. Gamss focuses on a broad array of loan products, ranging from acquisitions and refinances to construction and substantial rehab. He and his team focus on placing senior and mezzanine loans, along with working lines of credit.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Gamss was a Senior Vice President at Housing and Healthcare Finance where he managed the debt structuring and placement team.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Gamss has negotiated more than $6 billion in financing covering all healthcare asset classes and other property types across the United States.

Mr. Gamss holds a master’s degree in real estate finance from NYU.
