Israel Mermelstein

Mr. Mermelstein joined Meridian in 2021 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, industrial, and retail, in locations including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Chicago, Florida, and across the country.

Since joining Meridian, Mr. Mermelstein has negotiated more than $600 million in financing covering various loan executions, including Construction, Bridge, Agency, CMBS, Credit Unions, Local and National Banks, as well as Mezz/preferred Equity structures.
