Sol Kopelowitz

Sol Kopelowitz joined Meridian in 2021 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s New Jersey office. He is responsible for the placement of loans across a broad array of property types and business plans, including acquisitions, refinances, and bridge loans on multifamily, office, and retail properties all along the East Coast and Midwest.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Kopelowitz was a Senior Underwriter at a national lender where he led a team of 5 in approving and closing loans across the US. He has also made stops in property management, appraisal, and investment sales over his 11-year career.

Since joining Meridian, Mr. Kopelowitz has negotiated more than $1.4 billion in financing covering bridge and permanent loans on multifamily, office, and retail properties across the United States.
