Mr. Lundner joined Meridian in 2021 and currently serves as a broker in the company’s Boca Raton office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Lundner was a Regional Manager at Chelsea Management where he managed all the company’s Texas properties. Prior to joining Chelsea Management, Mr. Lundner spent 2 years at Skyline Motor Group.
