Seth Levine

Vice President

Mr. Levine is a Vice President with Meridian Investment Sales, focusing on all asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, and development properties throughout New York City. Mr. Levine also assists clients in equity raising and joint venture opportunities.
Prior to joining Meridian Investment Sales, Mr. Levine practiced real estate law at Capital One Financial Corp., with an emphasis on Agency, CMBS, and mezzanine financing. Mr. Levine started his real estate career as an Analyst for RXR Realty, where he worked on the formation of RexCorp Opportunity Fund II (estimated raise $850 million), the development of The Ritz-Carlton Residences in North Hills, NY, and Baltimore, MD, and the acquisition of the Starrett-Lehigh Building.

Mr. Levine received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, his M.B.A. from Long Island University, and his B.A. from Yeshiva University.
