Mr. Khaimov joined Meridian in 2021 and currently serves as a Associate in the company’s Boca Raton office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail and industrial in locations including Country wide. Acquisition, Construction, Renovation, and Permanent Financing.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Khaimov was the Owner at Grabbedit.com where he managed A daily deal website. Prior to joining Grabbedit.com Mr. Khaimov spent 7 years at Dailysale.com.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Khaimov has negotiated more than $100 million in financing covering Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality, etc. and other property types across the United States.
