Sean Anderson
Vice President
Sean Anderson joined Meridian in 2018 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for loan underwriting, origination, and placement, with a focus on multifamily and agency lending. Over the course of his career, Mr. Anderson has closed over $10 billion in financing covering multifamily, retail, office, and industrial loans nationally.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Anderson was a Financial Analyst at Investco Financial Corporation, where he sourced debt financing for real estate assets owned and developed by Investco and its affiliates. Prior to Investco, Mr. Anderson worked in various roles at Sculptor Capital Management and Man Group.
Mr. Anderson received a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Kansas.
