Samuel Shifer

Mr. Shifer joined Meridian in 2006 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare across the country, with a focus on acquisition, construction, renovation, and permanent financing.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Shifer has negotiated more than $6 billion in financing over 2,000 transactions.
