Raphael Gelley

Mr. Gelley joined Meridian in 2017 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s Boca Raton, FL and Iselin, NJ office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Gelley has negotiated more than $100 million in financing covering multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and other property types across the United States.
