Meir Lesches

Mr. Lesches joined Meridian in 2021 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s New York Headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, nonprofits, and others across the US. Mr. Lesches has worked on acquisition, construction, renovation, and permanent financing.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Lesches has negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in financing across all property types. He concentrates in special case financing and unique asset classes.

Mr. Lesches attended George Washington University and studied Economics and Psychology.
