Max Beyderman

Mr. Beyderman joined Meridian in 2006 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the company’s Boca Raton, FL office. He has overseen a team of professionals responsible for origination and has personally been involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate finance life cycle, including origination, underwriting, processing, and the closing of loans. Mr. Beyderman has developed many strategic lending relationships with financing sources and is well respected by clients who frequently seek his advice and guidance on transactions. Over the course of his career, Mr. Beyderman has negotiated several billion dollars of debt transactions, including permanent, bridge, and construction loans. He has closed loans with many lending sources, including local and regional banks, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS and life companies.
