Josh Erber
Associate
Mr. Erber joined Meridian in 2022 and currently serves as a retail leasing Associate in the company’s Midtown office. He specializes in both landlord representation and tenant representation in New York City.
Prior to joining Meridian Retail Leasing, Mr. Erber worked for multiple startups in both strategy and business development. He also worked at IDT Corporation where he analyzed data sets and presented findings based on customer demographics.
Mr. Erber holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Yeshiva University.
