Jordan Hill

Mr. Hill joined Meridian in 2019 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s New York City headquarters. Mr. Hill contributes as an originator and underwriter, specializing in underlying cooperative and condominium property financing, focusing within but not limited to the five boroughs.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Hill attended SUNY Binghamton where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentration in Finance & Real Estate.

Mr. Hill, along with the rest of the Meridian Cooperative team, have represented numerous iconic co-ops that define the Manhattan skyline, including the Dakota, San Remo, Majestic, and Lincoln Towers, as well as many other prestigious co-ops in New York City.

Mr. Hill advises clients on a broad range of transaction sizes spanning for $300K to $500M and has cultivated relationships with a wide array of lenders, including portfolio, swap-based lenders, CMBS, agency, and life insurance companies. The Co-op team has significant experience working with borrowers and lenders structuring deals to meet the individual needs of their clients.
