John Bianco

John Bianco is a Vice President at Meridian Capital Group. Mr. Bianco joined the firm’s New York headquarters in 2018 and transferred to the Los Angeles office in 2021 to scale Meridian’s West Coast coverage. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans, primarily focused on permanent and acquisition financing across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, mixed-use, office, co-ops, and retail. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bianco has closed over 400 loans totaling upwards of $2 billion in financing.

Mr. Bianco holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in technology entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland.
