Jeff Fuchs

Mr. Fuchs joined Meridian in 2018 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, retail, office, hospitality, industrial, student housing, and senior housing in nationwide markets. Stages of development include acquisition, construction, renovation, and permanent financing.?His expertise includes a wide array of loan product types, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, CMBS, bank, and bridge. Mr. Fuchs has successfully grown a repeat-client base consisting of property owners, real estate lenders, and other industry professionals.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Fuchs was a Senior Originator at Harborview Capital Partners, where he sourced and closed hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate transactions and managed junior members within the organization. Mr. Fuchs has spent his entire professional career in the commercial mortgage industry.

Mr. Fuchs holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Yeshiva University. He is also an active participant within industry organizations including the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
