Managing Director
Mr. Filler joined Meridian in 2005 and currently serves as Managing Director in the company’s New York City headquarters.
He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, industrial, office, hotel, and retail locations across the country. Mr. Filler prides himself on his proficiency across various loan executions including Bridge, Construction, CMBS, Agency, Balance Sheet, CLO, Mezz, as well as preferred Equity structures. He places the utmost value on his relationships with his clients and strives to make the financing process as smooth as possible while fighting to secure the best terms for his clients.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Filler has negotiated more than 750 transactions totaling over $5 Billion in financing.
