Mr. Medeiros joined Meridian in 2022 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s New York City office. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation in New York City.
Mr. Medeiros has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces as well as office and industrial space.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Medeiros was a Commercial Leasing Specialist at Corbett & Dullea Realty where he worked across all different industries on both the Landlord and Tenant side. Prior to joining Corbett & Dullea, Mr. Medeiros spent many years as an owner/operator in the hospitality industry technology and advertising sales within the hospitality and real estate industries.
