Bobby Ortense

Mr. Ortense joined Meridian in 2023 and currently serves as an associate in the company’s Midtown office. He specializes in both landlord representation & tenant representation in New York City. Mr. Ortense has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, service-oriented retail, and office space.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Ortense was a Realtor at Prestige Properties where he managed leasing and sales of residential units. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ortense has negotiated more than 12,500 square feet in leases covering F&B service, retail, and office in Manhattan.
Bobby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Pennsylvania State University with a minor in Management Information Systems.
