As an associate at Meridian Retail Leasing since 2022, Benny Sternberg specializes in the representation of both landlords and tenants across New York City.
Mr. Sternberg has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector through the tenant representation of notable restaurant groups. Benny works with 12 Chairs Café, Outro NYC, Mojo Omakase, Sam Sunny, The Jin, Cha Long NYC, Soothr (Michelin Star 2022), and Tong (Michelin Star 2022).
Mr. Sternberg also works on a regional tenant representation assignment with Total By Verizon – Powertalk Wireless. He has negotiated leases in Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Sternberg was a commercial real estate analyst at Biscayne Atlantic. He provided value in the due diligence process for the acquisition of over 300,000 SF of industrial real estate in Tampa and South Florida.
Mr. Sternberg earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the Terry School of Business from the University of Georgia.
